I just made these instructions to help the few who experience this problem. Its not a common one and im sure most people have found their solution before posting here.
Download the free trial version of Adobeflash and extract it somewhere. Go to Adobe, go to extensions and install Adobeflash. After installation, restart your browser and go to the website that has a problem with IE. In the left corner of your browser, click on Tools. In that menu, click on Extensions, and then look for Adobeflash. If the Adobeflash extension is installed, you will see an icon at the bottom of your browser that looks like a pentagram with an X on top of it. To find the application you are looking for, it is called Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is installed automatically when you install Adobe Flash. There is no need to download the Flash Player yourself.
